When i got called in despite the delays from them being fully booked, i was able to relax in the massage chair and watch a movie so the time flew by without much thought. They were very clear about what they were going to do and who would come to see me and when. Even though there was some delay they periodically checked in with me to make sure i was okay. I booked a cleaning on the way out and the process was smooth and everyone i spoke with was incredibly friendly and lively.
