Dr. Rafael Boruchov, DDS

Dr. Rafael Boruchov (Dr. Roman) was raised in Brooklyn, New York. He attended Hunter College where he earned his Master’s Degree in BioChemistry. He then continued on to dental school at the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. To further enhance his education, he completed a residency program in general dentistry at Woodhull Medical Center.

This office is very nice to their staff and i hope staff is grateful for that [thats not personal, I used to work in a similar field and they had my bottoms on fire which I understood why] I've never heard a manager/boss/doctor communicate with their employees in such a polite and patient manner. The doctor was very professional polite and good at his job. You can tell he wants to excel and enjoys what he does. "Please..thank you..nice to see you.." so polite. I got an old crown removed and one replaced. No regrets. There is hope in dentistry and this place is the place that others should model after. I’ve had difficult experiences with dentists being very aggressive with extractions in the past, so I was extremely anxious about my wisdom tooth removal. Dr. Boruchov was incredibly empathetic, patient, and meticulous. He took his time with the local anesthesia and checked multiple times to make sure I was completely numb and comfortable. The actual extraction was so smooth that I didn’t even realize the tooth was out until he told me! The care before and after was also very thorough, including X-rays and clear aftercare instructions. This was by far the smoothest wisdom tooth removal I’ve experienced. I would absolutely recommend him, especially to anyone who feels anxious about dental procedures.
